Out of order

We’ve been eating and drinking well in Charleston.  Our first night we found Pearlz, where we had a half-shell sampler:


Some of the oysters came from the gulf, and there were also a few from CT, RI, MA, and CA.  The California oysters were definitely the fishiest, but with a hint of melon. The Blue Points from Connecticut were my favorite.  A few more pics:
